Purchaser’s rejection of an Aircraft. Upon any rejection of an Aircraft, regardless of the cause thereof, the Share Transfer Forms shall be returned by the Escrow Agent to the Purchaser (unless Purchaser agrees otherwise in writing) and thereafter neither Party shall have any further liability to the other. Purchaser’s failure to deliver a Technical Acceptance Letter within two (2) Business Days after completion of the Inspection and receipt of the final written Report from the Inspection Facility shall be deemed a Purchaser’s rejection of the relevant and all other Aircraft.

  • Buyer Furnished Equipment 14.3.2.1 The Seller shall introduce data related to Buyer Furnished Equipment, for equipment that is installed on the Aircraft by the Seller (hereinafter “BFE Data”) into the customized Technical Data, at no additional charge to the Buyer for the initial issue of the Technical Data provided at first Aircraft Delivery, provided such BFE Data is provided in accordance with the conditions set forth in Clauses 14.3.2.2 through 14.3.2.6.

  • Seller’s Deliverables At the Closing, Seller shall deliver to Buyer:

  • Delivery Location The Aircraft shall be located at the agreed Delivery Location;

  • Purchasers Deliverables Such Purchaser shall have delivered its Purchaser Deliverables in accordance with Section 2.2(b).

  • Seller’s Deliveries At the Closing, Seller shall deliver to Buyer the following:

  • Construction Warranty At the Closing, Seller shall assign to Buyer all construction warranties with respect to the Hotel, which assignment shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Buyer, including a warranty by the Contractor, for the period ending not sooner than one (1) year after the date the Hotel is Substantially Completed, in the form of the warranty attached hereto as Exhibit H (the “Construction Warranty”).

  • Seller Deliverables At the Closing, the Seller shall deliver to the Purchaser:

  • Purchase Order “Purchase Order” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Contributor’s Deliveries At the Closing, Contributor shall deliver the following to Acquirer in addition to all other items required to be delivered to Acquirer by Contributor:

  • Delivery Point Once Manufacture of the Products has been completed, Contractor shall be responsible for delivering the Finished Goods FCA, (as defined in Incoterms (2000) published by the International Chamber of Commerce) and to a freight forwarder specified by Company in its Order, or otherwise approved by Company. “Delivery Point” as used in this Agreement shall mean the specific time and location that the Product is delivered to the shipper specified on the Order.
