Purpose and Conditions. The purpose of this article is to implement the provisions of M.S. 122A.40, Subd. 10. The School Board may place on unrequested leave of absence such teachers as may be necessary because of discontinuance of position(s), lack of pupils, financial limitations, or merger of classes. Such leave of absence will continue for a period of five (5) years, after which the right to reinstatement will terminate. The teacher's right to reinstatement will also terminate if the teacher fails to file with the School Board by March 1st of any year, a written statement requesting reinstatement. Such leave will be effective no later than the close of the school year or at such earlier time as mutually agreed between the teacher, Education Minnesota - OSSEO and the School District.

Purpose and Conditions. Personal leave of absence shall be for the purpose of conducting private affairs, including observance of religious holidays, and shall not be deducted from vacation or sick leave credits. Personal leave of absence days not taken in the calendar year in which they are granted shall not be accumulated. Except in an emergency situation, professional staff members shall give at least three working daysnotice to the appropriate management representative and should take personal leave of absence on days and in a manner which is least disruptive of the instructional program and the educational progress of students. To facilitate this consideration, personal leave days shall be calculated in half-day units.

GRANTEE as a condition of the granting of the easements shall pay damages, restore or replace in kind, at the GRANTOR's discretion and at XXXXXXX's expense, fences, crops, underground pipes, and other improvements in the event such are damaged by the construction, maintenance, repair, replacement, or removal of the facilities. Upon completion of construction, GRANTEE shall reclaim the perpetual and temporary easement areas to a condition reasonably similar to the condition prior to entry. The GRANTOR shall not build or construct, nor permit to be built or constructed, any building or other similar improvement over, across, or under the said easement, nor change the contour thereof without written consent of the GRANTEE. This easement grant shall be binding upon GRANTOR, his successors and assigns, and shall inure to the benefit of GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, and may be assigned in whole or in part by the GRANTEE. It is hereby understood that any party securing this grant on behalf of the GRANTEE is without authority to make any representations, covenants, or agreements not herein expressed.   • SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS To the extent that Contractor has received an award for Lot 4, Implementation Services, the following terms and conditions apply to Lot 4 Implementation Services. All Services covered under Lot 4 – Implementation Services must be performed within CONUS. REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) TRANSACTION PROCESS An RFQ for this Lot will be awarded based on, and result in, a deliverable-based Statement of Work (SOW) which will be incorporated into an Authorized User Agreement. The RFQ will include but is not limited to: Authorized User timeframes; system integration requirements; and other risks that may affect the cost to the Authorized User. All responses to RFQs must include detailed price information, including but not limited to: hours required per title, cost per hour, etc. Travel, lodging and per diem costs must be itemized in the total quote and may not exceed the rates in the NYS OSC Travel Policy. All Data security provisions agreed to by the Authorized User and Contractor within the Authorized User Agreement may not be diminished for the duration of the Authorized User Agreement without prior written agreement by the parties amending the Authorized User Agreement.
