Purpose and Level of Charge. There shall be a delivery charge which shall be paid by each SNWS Purveyor Member for each unit of water delivered to it by the Authority (“Wholesale Delivery Charge”). The Wholesale Delivery Charge shall have separate components for Treated Water and for Raw Water.
