Purpose and Service Categories. To provide Benefits Consulting, Actuarial, and/or Claims Auditing Services pursuant to State Term Contract No. 80111502-19-1 for use by Customers. Awarded services will be provided on an as needed basis with no guaranteed or minimum spend under a new Contract. The Customer specific scope of work will be determined and agreed upon by the Customer and the selected Contractor and set forth in the Customer Contract or Purchase Order. A Respondent may propose to offer one or more services in the following service categories set forth below:
