PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT AND SHARED VISION. 1.01 The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth and establish the terms and conditions of employment for those who come within the scope of the Agreement and to provide a procedure for the timely disposition of grievances. 1.02 It is the mutual intent of the parties that all employees, managers, and union representatives treat each other with dignity, respect, courtesy, and trust, and that these principles shall also apply in all dealings with residents, visitors, doctors, administrators, and non-bargaining unit employees.
