PURPOSE OF PROJECT SPECIAL PROVISION. A. This Project Special Provision requires the Contractor to execute the attached Agreement with BNSF Railway Company before the Contractor may enter upon any Railroad right-of-way to perform work on the above Project. B. This Project Special Provision modifies the insurance requirements of the Kansas Department of Transportation’s Standard Specifications for State Road and Bridge Construction (2015 Edition) as required by this agreement.
