The Client and GeekyAnts will develop and agree upon one or more SOW (each “SOW”) defining the Services to be provided by GeekyAnts, including a description of any materials and other deliverables to be provided by GeekyAnts (“Deliverables”), a description of the Services, inputs/dependencies to be provided by the Client, a payment schedule, and additional terms and conditions, if any, applicable to a particular engagement and such other details as the Parties deem appropriate.
3. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Services under this Agreement and the SOW(s) executed between the Parties will also be outsourced to GeekyAnts' Partner Companies located outside of the UK.
4. The Client and GeekyAnts also expressly acknowledge that no derogation shall be permitted from the dates of payment as mentioned in the SOW.

We will not inventory Village of Croton-on-Hudson’s fixed assets nor verify the existence or ownership. We completed our last inspection and inventory of Village of Croton-on-Hudson’s fixed assets on May 20, 2014.

The purpose of this engagement is to provide the City a property insurance appraisal for the City’s use in connection with its internal analysis of its insurance needs with respect to the identified property.
