Purpose of the transfer. 1. IZSLER-BVR shall transfer to the Recipient the Material indicated in the Application Form. Unless otherwise agreed, the Material and the Progeny may only be used by the Recipient Scientist for scientific research purposes. Such activity shall be performed by the internal personnel of the Recipient, i.e. by the Recipient Scientist and his/her collaborators.
Purpose of the transfer. 1. BBM shall transfer to the Recipient the Biological resource indicated in the Application Form. The Biological resource may only be used by the Recipient for performing scientific research activity.

Mr / Mrs is the author of the photographs which are described and reproduced on the technical support transmitted at the signing of this contract (paper, digital, electronic ). The purpose of this contract is to lay down the terms and conditions for the non-exclusive copyright transfer of the photographs taken by the photographer for use during the Festival "Off de Perpignan".
Purpose of the transfer. The Transferred Assets shall serve as security for the prompt and complete satisfaction of any and all Secured Obligations (the “Security Interest”).
Purpose of the transfer. “Material” shall mean a physical sample of a Compound. To the extent Material has not already been provided at the time of execution of this Agreement, such Material shall be promptly provided by Lilly to Magen upon Magen’s request. Magen shall use the Confidential Information and Material solely for the Research and to determine if it desires to enter into further discussions with Lilly regarding the applicable Compound(s) or to otherwise exercise the License Option as contemplated in Section 7 of this Agreement. The Research shall be conducted solely by Magen employees or consultants or collaborators under the supervision of a Magen employee; provided that non-employees shall be bound by the terms of this agreement as if they were an employee of Magen. Magen shall not, without Lilly’s prior approval, modify, analyze, derivatize, nor attempt to determine the structure of the Material. Lilly shall retain ownership of the Material at all times prior to execution of a definitive license agreement between the Parties.
