Qualified President. Up until the six-month anniversary of the Final Completion Date, no Loan Party shall cause any Qualified President to cease to serve as the president of Borrower (other than by termination for cause (as reasonably determined by such Loan Party)), in each case, without the prior written consent of the Required Lenders.
