Common use of Qualitative/Quantitative Tests Clause in Contracts

Qualitative/Quantitative Tests. The Director may require qualitative or quantitative tests made of all materials which have been or are proposed to be used in the construction of any Works or services required by this Agreement. All testing shall conform to the Ontario Provincial Standard Specifications and the Town’s Development Design Criteria, as amended, and the costs of such tests shall be paid by the Owner within fourteen (14) days of the account being rendered by the Town.
