Quality Assurance and Quality. Control (QAQC) CONSULTANT is held responsible for the quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) of their work and of its sub-consultants. All sub-consultant documents and submittals shall be submitted directly to the consultant for their independent QC review. The City shall only accept submittals for review and action from the consultant. CONSULTANT is responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy and coordination of all pre-design services, designs, drawings, specifications, cost estimates and other services furnished by the consultant and their sub-consultants. It is the consultant’s responsibility to independently and continually QC their plans, specifications, and all other project deliverables. Upon City request, the consultant shall provide the City with a marked up set of plans and specifications showing the consultant’s QC review. The xxxx-ups submittals shall include the names of the consultant’s staff that performed the QC review for each component or functional area (e.g., structures, roadway, drainage, etc.).

Quality Assurance and Quality. Control 1. Service Provider shall establish and maintain quality assurance and quality control systems in accordance with the GxP quality guidelines applicable to the Services hereunder, including but not limited to, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Auditing Practice (GAP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Service Provider Practice (GLP), Good Clinical Data Management Practice (GCDMP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Good Documentation Practice (GDP) (the “GxP”), all applicable national and international laws, regulations, codes, guidelines and official publications directly or indirectly related to the conduct of the Services hereunder (the “Applicable Law”) and accepted industry standards to ensure that Services under this Agreement are performed and documented, recorded and reported in compliance with GxP and Applicable Law. 2. If Service Provider identifies any non- compliance with the Protocol, agreed upon SOPs, if applicable, other written instructions by BI RCV, GxP or any other Applicable Law by any sub-contractor or affiliate of Service Provider, or by the member(s) of the Service Provider staff or on the part of Service Provider’s personnel involved in the Services Článek 8 – Zabezpečování jakosti a řízení jakosti 1.   • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • STANDARDS AND QUALITY The Supplier shall at all times during the Contract Period ensure that the Services are delivered in accordance with: the Digital Service Design Manual (and the Supplier shall comply with the processes and procedures set out therein); the Standards; the KPIs; the Methodology; the applicable SOW; and all other applicable provisions of this Contract.

  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control Contractor shall establish and maintain a quality assurance/quality control program which shall include procedures for continuous control of all construction and comprehensive inspection and testing of all items of Work, including any Work performed by Subcontractors, so as to ensure complete conformance to the Contract with respect to materials, workmanship, construction, finish, functional performance, and identification. The program established by Contractor shall comply with any quality assurance/quality control requirements incorporated in the Contract.

  • Quality Assurance The parties endorse the underlying principles of the Company’s Quality Management System, which seeks to ensure that its services are provided in a manner which best conforms to the requirements of the contract with its customer. This requires the Company to establish and maintain, implement, train and continuously improve its procedures and processes, and the employees to follow the procedures, document their compliance and participate in the improvement process. In particular, this will require employees to regularly and reliably fill out documentation and checklists to signify that work has been carried out in accordance with the customer’s specific requirements. Where necessary, training will be provided in these activities.

  • Quality Assurance Plan The contractor shall develop and submit to NMFS a contractor Quality Assurance Plan, as referenced in Section F.5.3, which details how the contractor will ensure effectiveness and efficiency of collection efforts as well as the quality of data collected by its At-Sea Monitors. The contractor shall further establish, implement, and maintain a Quality Assurance Management program to ensure consistent quality of all work products and services performed under this contract.

  • Data Quality 4.1 Each party ensures that the shared Personal Data is accurate.

  • Monitoring and Adjusting Forecasts Verizon will, for ninety (90) days, monitor traffic on each trunk group that it establishes at ECI’s suggestion or request pursuant to the procedures identified in Section 14.2 of this Attachment. At the end of such ninety-(90) day period, Verizon may disconnect trunks that, based on reasonable engineering criteria and capacity constraints, are not warranted by the actual traffic volume experienced. If, after such initial ninety (90) day period for a trunk group, Verizon determines that any trunks in the trunk group in excess of two (2) DS1s are not warranted by actual traffic volumes (considering engineering criteria for busy Centium Call Second (Hundred Call Second) and blocking percentages), then Verizon may hold ECI financially responsible for the excess facilities and disconnect such excess facilities.
