Quality at Delivery Points Clause Samples

The 'Quality at Delivery Points' clause defines the required standards or specifications that goods or services must meet at the moment and location of delivery. Typically, this clause outlines measurable criteria such as purity, grade, or performance benchmarks that must be satisfied when the product is handed over, and may specify testing procedures or inspection rights at the delivery site.
