Minimum Quantities definition

Minimum Quantities means the minimum number of Xxxxxx Method Student’s Books to be purchased each Xxxxxx Accreditation Period by the School as set out in the Xxxxxx Accreditation Agreement and in the absence of a figure in the Xxxxxx Accreditation Agreement the number shall be nil (zero).

Minimum Quantities means the minimum number of Kits that must be purchased by the Distributor for delivery in each Year, as specified in Schedule 2;

Examples of Minimum Quantities in a sentence
