Quantum Warranty. Quantum warrants for the period of time that Quantum warrants to its customers from the date of delivery of Products by Quantum to its customers that all Products, Unique Customer Configured Products and Spare Parts furnished under this Agreement will be free from defects in design. These warranties shall survive any inspection, delivery, payment and termination or expiration of this Agreement, and shall run to MKE and MKE Customers, or its successors and assigns.
Quantum Warranty. Quantum hereby represents and warrants that it is the registered owner of the Snap Patents.

  • Software Warranty NETGEAR warrants to the end-user that each item of Software, as delivered or updated by NETGEAR and properly installed and operated on the Hardware or other equipment it is originally licensed for, will function substantially as described in its then-current user documentation during its respective warranty period. Section 4.22 of the Disclosure Schedule includes copies of the standard terms and conditions of sale or lease for the Company (containing applicable guaranty, warranty, and indemnity provisions).
