Quarterly Payment Plan. The annual tuition payment is $9,200. An initial deposit of $300 is due when this enrollment agreement is submitted to the School. This leaves a balance of $8,900. The first quarterly payment of $2,225 is due August 1, 2021, the second payment of $2,225 is due October 15, 2021, the third payment of $2,225 is due January 1, 2022, and the fourth payment of $2,225 is due March 15, 2022.

Quarterly Payment Plan. The Company shall offer any residential customer, sixty-two years of age or older, a plan for payment on a quarterly basis of charges for service rendered, provided that such customer's average annual billing, as projected from at least one full year's experience as a customer of Company, or based on estimates of future use in the case of a new customer, is not more than $150.

  • Contract Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit complete Quarterly Sales Reports to the Department’s Contract Manager within 30 calendar days after the close of each State fiscal quarter (the State’s fiscal quarters close on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30). Reports must be submitted in MS Excel using the DMS Quarterly Sales Report Format, which can be accessed at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/business_operations/ state_purchasing/vendor_resources/quarterly_sales_report_format. Initiation and submission of the most recent version of the Quarterly Sales Report posted on the DMS website is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the Department’s Contract Manager. If no orders are received during the quarter, the Contractor must email the DMS Contract Manager confirming there was no activity.

  • Quarterly Progress Reports The goal of this task is to periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the objectives of this Agreement on time and within budget. The objectives of this task are to summarize activities performed during the reporting period, to identify activities planned for the next reporting period, to identify issues that may affect performance and expenditures, and to form the basis for determining whether invoices are consistent with work performed. The Recipient shall: • Prepare a Quarterly Progress Report which summarizes all Agreement activities conducted by the Recipient for the reporting period, including an assessment of the ability to complete the Agreement within the current budget and any anticipated cost overruns. Progress reports are due to the CAM the 10th day of each January, April, July, and October.
