Random Sampling of Collected Recycled Materials. In addition to all regular reporting requirements, the City shall have the right to require, once within each quarter, that, as part of a City supervised random sampling, a random sample of the recycled materials collected within the City shall be separately weighed, by the type of material, immediately upon being brought to the processing facility and before being commingled with other materials. The City's Special Projects Coordinator shall directly supervise this sampling and will have full right of access necessary to accomplish this task. The City shall determine the procedures to be followed in conducting this sample weighing in order to insure accuracy and reliability, and the date, time and manner of the random sampling shall be determined by the City.

  • Recycled Materials Xxxxxxx County encourages the use of products made of recycled materials and shall give preference in purchasing to products made of recycled materials if the products meet applicable specifications as to quantity and quality. Xxxxxxx County will be the sole judge in determining product preference application.

  • Recyclable Materials Company shall provide all Town facilities with unlimited collection of acceptable glass, metal and plastic excluding polystyrene, plastic bags and compostable plastics. Acceptable materials may change depending on the markets. A full list of accepted materials is available on the Company’s website (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx). These materials will be collected in Company provided 32 or 64-gallon tipper carts color- coded carts: blue for paper and paper-fiber products, and xxxxx for accepted commingled glass, metal and plastics. Collection is available from one time per week to six times per week. Cardboard placed in carts must be broken down small enough to easily slide out of the cart. Large cardboard boxes may also be broken down and tied into 24” x 24” bundles and left beside the Recycling container. 1-2 cubic yard rear loading bins are available for large amounts of cardboard collection with Company’s approval of size and location. Company will evaluate the appropriate container sizes on an individual customer basis. Pickups can be scheduled from one time per week to six times per week. Recyclable Materials placed in Company- provided containers or at the curb for Collection are the property of the Company.

  • GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Procurement of Recovered Materials (1) In the performance of this contract, the Contractor shall make maximum use of products containing recovered materials that are EPA-designated items unless the product cannot be acquired
