Rates, Charges and Fees Subject to Applicable Laws, Regulations, Rules, and Commission Orders. All rates, charges and fees set forth in this Agreement, including rates, charges and fees set forth in APPENDIX I (Schedule of Rates, Fees, and Charges), shall be subject to all applicable federal and state laws, rules, regulations, and commission orders, including but not limited to (a) the Pole Attachment Act and rules, regulations, and commission orders issued thereunder and (b) applicable orders of the State Commission in interconnection arbitration proceedings.
