Related to Rates of Pay and Pay Period
Rates of Pay Employees will be paid in accordance with the rates of pay negotiated by the parties of this agreement. The applicable rates of pay are recorded as Appendix A (Wage Grid) of this agreement.
Pay Period 20.01 Employees shall be paid by cheque or by direct deposit during the regular working hours of Thursday of each week. If Thursday or Friday is a designated holiday, pay will be distributed on Wednesday. If paid by cash, pay will be distributed no later than Friday.
Compensation and Payment Terms A. Subject to the satisfactory performance of the services required of Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, and to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and following Contractor’s submission of an appropriate claim, and such other documentation that the County may require, County shall pay Contractor according to the terms set forth in Exhibit C, Terms of Payment. Contractor agrees to accept the foregoing payments as full and complete payment for all services provided pursuant to this Agreement, irrespective of whether the cost of such services and related administrative expenses exceed such payments.
WAGES AND RATES OF PAY 7.01 Wage Schedules applicable to various job classifications are as set forth in Schedule “A”.
Compensation and Method of Payment Subject to any limitations set forth below or elsewhere in this Agreement, District agrees to pay Consultant the amounts specified in Exhibit B “Compensation”. The total compensation shall not exceed Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00), unless additional compensation is approved in writing by the District.
CLASSIFICATIONS AND RATES OF PAY 4.1 The classifications of employees covered under this Agreement and the corresponding rates of pay are set forth within Appendix "A" which is attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement.
