Rates of Pay for Work on Off Days. An employee who is called upon to work on their off days shall be paid for all hours worked at one and one-half (1.5) times the rate of pay specified for them by this Collective Agreement, it being understood that the provisions for minimum call-out time specified in the section “Overtime” shall be applicable to this section.
