RATES OF PAY – TECHNICAL SERVICES. 5.01 Rates of pay, as enumerated, are on a weekly basis and are established on the basis of a working week of forty two and one half (42 1/2) hours with a one half hour unpaid meal period; if the scheduled working hours are reduced below forty two and one half (42 1/2) hours, the rate of pay shall be correspondingly reduced.
