Ratification Committee. 2.1 A Ratification Committee shall be established with responsibility for conducting the Champagne and Aishihik First Nations ratification process. 2.2 The Ratification Committee shall consist of one person named by the Champagne and Aishihik First Nations, one person named jointly by Canada and the Yukon, and a third person named by the other two.
