Rationale for Scheduling Inclusion Students. In all buildings, principals/teachers will take into consideration the numbers and types of needs of the students as delineated in the IEP/504 plan, the availability of special services, class size, and other relevant factors when placing special needs students. Principals will make reasonable efforts to adjust the size of classes to which low incidence students are assigned.
