Common use of RCMP Information Officer Clause in Contracts

RCMP Information Officer. The normal hours of work for Information Officers at the RCMP Detachment shall be eight and three-quarter (8.75) hours averaging thirty-five (35) hours a week for the Regular Full-Time Information Officers. The balance of the hours in the rotation shall be filled by a Regular Part- Time Officer. Statutory holidays shall be taken as they occur, based on a seven (7) hour day. All other applicable provisions of the Collective Agreement shall apply as for other Regular Full-Time Employees. Shift differential in the amount of seventy-five cents ($0.75) per hour shall be paid for all hours worked after 6:00 p.m. and prior to 6:00 a.m. Sick leave and vacation shall be computed based on a thirty-five (35) hour work week.
