Common use of RDO Flexibility Clause in Contracts

RDO Flexibility. (a) The Employer agrees that RDOs play a very important role in ensuring that: (i) Employees have an appropriate work/life balance; (ii) Employees can spend sufficient time with their partners, children and family to ensure that such relationships are healthy and positive; (iii) Employee have time to participate in community organisations or the like. The above all assist in improving Employee morale and productivity, as well as improving the society the Employees live in and the Employer operates in. (b) Accordingly, the Employer will endeavour to not require the Employees to work on their RDOs.
