Re-admission. Subsequent admissions of a patient to a hospital or other health care institution for treatment.
Re-admission a) If you intend to enter into a new Student Occupancy Licence Agreement with the University after the Expiry Date of your current Student Occupancy Licence Agreement, you must complete an on-line re-admission application via the UON Student Living Portal.
b) The University may at any time decline to:
i) consider your application;
ii) offer you accommodation; or
iii) permit you to make another application for accommodation, for any reason whatsoever, including if you:
iv) have a recorded Behavioural Breach;
v) are in breach of this Agreement;
vi) have any outstanding debts to the University;
vii) have a history of late fee payments;
viii) have been suspended or excluded from the University or the Student Living precinct by an authorised officer of the University;
ix) engage in behaviour that puts you or others at risk of harm; or
x) accrue Conduct Points during the period of your current Student Living Occupancy Agreement in accordance with the UON Student Living Standards
c) Despite anything to the contrary in this Agreement, re-admission is at the absolute discretion of the University.
Re-admission. 3.1 The offer of a place at the College is for the Contract Period only. To be re-admitted for a subsequent period you must make an application for re-admission by the Due Date. Re- admission is at the discretion of the Xxxxxx.
Re-admission. Any re-entry into the Program by a former Member Entity whose participation in the Program has been terminated either voluntarily or involuntarily, or has provided a notice of withdrawal, may be conditioned upon such terms and conditions as the Board of Directors may require, at the beginning of the Coverage Year following thirty six (36) months from the Member Entity’s withdrawal date. Re-admission may be subject to the payment by such former Member Entity of a re-entry fee in such amount as the Board may determine in its sole discretion to the extent permitted by applicable law and such re-entry shall commit the re-entering Member Entity to be treated as a new Member Entity for purposes of the Initial Commitment Period.
Re-admission. The Transitional Islamic Administration of Afghanistan will re-admit its nationals and will assist, where necessary, in determining the Afghan nationality of persons0 intending to benefit from assistance under this MoU, within the shortest possible time span. The Transitional Islamic Administration of Afghanistan and the UK Government will cooperate closely in this respect, in order also to avoid any cases of statelessness.
Re-admission. An Agency, which has withdrawn, must be a non-member of III-A for a period of two (2) complete program years and must apply for membership pursuant to Section XIV.
