Re: Amnesty From Provincial Wage/Hours Of Work Reduction Legislation. The Employer will not exercise any right it may receive through legislation which enables the Employer to unilaterally reduce the wages specified in the Collective Agreement or the hours of work specified in the Collective Agreement during the life of this Collective Agreement.
