Re-employed Retired Employee Starting Wage. The re-employed employee will start with salary schedule placement experience of one (1) to five (5) years based upon the Superintendent’s recommendation. The re-employed employee will be advanced one (1) year on the salary schedule for each year of re-employment to the Employer.
