Re-Opener. 38.01 Recognizing that future developments may be such as to make changes in the terms and conditions of employment desirable, the Parties intend that each and every term and condition contained in this Collective Agreement between International Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental and Reinforcing Ironworkers, Local Union 752 and the CLRA may be amended upon the agreement of International Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental and Reinforcing Ironworkers, Local Union 752 and the CLRA.
