Re-platting. The City shall use reasonable efforts to assist, if and when possible, the Developer in the event that the Developer determines that any further subdivision or re-platting of the Site is necessary or desirable to construct the Project, including without limitation, any vertical subdivision of the Site.
Re-platting. If the Developer determines that a plat amendment, vacation of plat or re-plat is necessary for the Project, the Developer will obtain from the Avon Plan Commission any and all approvals necessary for such plat change, such approvals not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed so long as Developer complies with the then-applicable Laws.
Re-platting. If Developer determines that a plat amendment, vacation of plat or re-plat is necessary for the Sentry Project, Developer will obtain from the Zionsville Plan Commission any and all approvals necessary for such plat change, such approvals not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed so long as Developer complies with the then- applicable laws of the State of Indiana.

Re-platting. No lot shall be re-platted without the prior written approval of the Advisory Committee.
