Reactivation of Former Position. If a position from which a Regular employee has been permanently laid off is reactivated within one (1) year of the commencement of the layoff, a right of first refusal shall be extended to the laid off employee provided she had selected option 12.04(a)(ii)(1) Bumping or option 12.04(a)(ii)(2) Job Vacancy/Retraining.
