Common use of Reactivation Clause in Contracts

Reactivation. Company reserves the right to reactivate any suspended, cancelled or deactivated Subscriber Account at its sole discretion, subject to Applicable Law. Upon reactivation, the Company may in addition to charging reactivation fees, deduct the expenses, charges and/or penalties that the Company may deem fit, subject to Applicable Law. These additional charges shall be debited from the Subscriber Account or separately recovered from the Subscriber at the option of the Company.
