Requests for Replacement Equipment. To request replacement Equipment under the terms of this paragraph, the customer is required to call and speak with a member of Ooma Customer Support at 0-000-000-0000. The customer must provide a valid credit card (American Express, MasterCard, or Visa). Ooma will ship replacement Equipment along with a shipping label to return the damaged or broken Equipment. The customer is required to return the damaged or broken Equipment within 14 days of receipt of the replacement Equipment or the credit card on file will be charged. Should Ooma determine that the damaged or broken Equipment is not covered under the terms of this paragraph, the customer will have 14 days to return the replacement Equipment or the credit card on file will be charged for the full retail price of the replacement Equipment plus any associated taxes, shipping and handling fees.

  • Tool Replacement Personal tools worn out and/or broken on the job will be replaced on a like- for-like basis by the Employer, provided the tool is turned in to the Employer and the Employer had knowledge the tool was being used on the job.   • New Equipment Where new types of equipment and/or operations, for which rates of pay are not established by this Agreement, are put into use after the ratification date of this Agreement within operations covered by this Agreement, rates governing such operations shall be subject to negotiations between the parties. This paragraph shall apply to all new types of equipment including office and clerical equipment. In the event an agreement cannot be reached within sixty (60) days after the date such equipment is put into use, the matter may shall be submitted to the National Grievance Committee for final disposition. Rates agreed upon or awarded shall be effective as of the date equipment is put to use

  • Accessories, Spare Parts and Tools Accessories, spare parts and tools dispatched with a piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle, which are part of the normal equipment and included in the price thereof or which are not separately invoiced, shall be regarded as one with the piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle in question.

  • Life support equipment (a) If a person living or intending to live at your premises requires life support equipment, you must: (i) register the premises with your retailer or with us; and (ii) provide medical confirmation for the premises.   • Required Equipment Employees are expected to be at their individual work stations with required equipment in operable condition at the scheduled shift starting time.

  • Solicitations for Subcontracts, Including Procurement of Materials and Equipment In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the Local Government for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurement of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier will be notified by the Local Government of the Local Government’s obligations under this Agreement and the Acts and Regulations relative to Nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.
