Common use of Reactivation Clause in Contracts

Reactivation. If the Creditor Agency is reactivating a Debt that was previously closed in CRS after the Debtor exercised any due process right the Debtor has pursuant to any law governing the collection of the Debt, the Creditor Agency has complied with all requirements in such laws and has resolved, in accordance with the Creditor Agency’s procedures, any outstanding dispute or any request for administrative review, hearing, or proof of debt documentation.
