Common use of Reactivation Clause in Contracts

Reactivation. If Your Service is suspended or terminated due to Your failure to submit payment on time or for any other reason, in addition to payment of past due amounts, we may require an additional deposit before reactivating Your Service. The amount of the deposit will not exceed one year of monthly fees. If Your Service is suspended or terminated for any reason, including at Your request or because of Your failure to pay past due amounts, and You want to reactivate the Service, you agree to pay a reactivation fee in accordance with our then current rates. In addition, you must bring Your account up to date through the month of reactivation by making payment in full of any outstanding balance, fees, deposits and other applicable charges. A minimum re-activation fee of $50 will be applied.
