Real Estate Brokerage Commission. Agency and Developer each represent and warrant to the other that no broker or finder is entitled to any commission or finder’s fee in connection with this transaction, and each agrees to defend and hold harmless the other from any claim to any such commission or fee resulting from any action on its part.

Real Estate Brokerage Commission. City and Developer each represent and warrant to the other that no broker or finder is entitled to any commission or finder’s fee in connection with Developer’s acquisition of the City Property from City.
