Parcel C. A PORTION OF LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 142, EAST DENVER, THE PLAT OF WHICH IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 1, LYING BELOW DENVER DATUM ELEVATION 46.8.
