Parcel C. A PORTION OF LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 142, EAST DENVER, THE PLAT OF WHICH IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 1, LYING BELOW DENVER DATUM ELEVATION 46.8. AND TOGETHER WITH all rights in and to any licenses, permits, or easements granted in favor of the development and use of the Land; and shall be deemed to include additional land in which Landlord has an interest from time to time which is contiguous to the Land (or contiguous to a public street that is contiguous to the Land) and which Landlord has improved for use in connection with the Land, and shall be deemed to exclude any parts of the Land which are transferred from time to time.
Parcel C. BEGINNING at a point in the Easterly line of Illinois Avenue, now known as Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Boulevard (50 feet wide), said point being distant 365.50 feet South of the Southerly line of Pacific Avenue (60 feet wide); and extending from said beginning point, the following courses and distances:
Parcel C. The Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section Thirteen, Township One North, Range Seven East of the Black Hills Meridian, less dedicated public right of way of said parcel as shown on the Plat of Lot 2 of Block 11 of the Robbinsdale Addition No. 10 and the attached Exhibit A.
