Common use of Realignment Clause in Contracts

Realignment. For purposes of placement in ULA or reinstatement from ULA, nothing in this article shall require the School District to reassign a senior teacher to a different position that the teacher is not qualified, as defined in Section 2. above.

Realignment. For purposes of placement in ULA on ULA, or reinstatement from ULA, nothing in this article shall require the School District to reassign re-assign a senior teacher to a different position that the teacher is licensed for but is not qualifiedqualified to fulfill, as defined in Section 2. 2 above, to accommodate the seniority claims of a junior teacher.
