Reallocation Downward. If a position is reallocated to a class in a lower salary range, and the salary of the nurse exceeds the maximum of the new range, the nurse shall be placed in the new class and shall retain his/her current salary. In addition, the nurse shall receive any across-the-board wage increase as provided by this Agreement.
