Common use of Reallocation of Funds Clause in Contracts

Reallocation of Funds. Reallocation of funds is not permitted. Sponsoring Institution may only use this Grant to support the Grantee’s salary with only 5% of the total direct costs being allowed for institutional overhead expenses. Further, the funds awarded shall be used for the purposes specified in the Application submitted to LLS as executed by the Grantee, Sponsor and Sponsoring Institution and in strict compliance with the budget submitted with the Application and approved by LLS.
