Reasonable Care and Diligence. Indemnitor shall use reasonable care and diligence while at or on the Indemnitee Site and/or Indemnitee Event and shall provide reasonable and customary safeguards against accidents, damages, or injuries to persons or property occurring in connection with Indemnitor’s presence on or at the Indemnitee Site and/or Indemnitee Event. Indemnitor shall comply with all reasonable instructions and directions of Indemnitee managers and employees concerning the Indemnitee Site and/or Indemnitee Event and shall comply with all Indemnitee safety rules.
Reasonable Care and Diligence. The Broker Parties shall in all dealings with the Client exercise reasonable care and shall act with diligence in all matters in the best interest of the Client.
