Reasonable Effort. Subject to the terms and conditions provided in this Agreement, each of the parties to this Agreement will use commercially reasonable efforts to take promptly, or cause to be taken, all actions, and to do promptly, or cause to be done, all things necessary, proper or advisable under applicable laws and regulations to complete and make effective the transactions contemplated hereby, to obtain all necessary waivers, consents and approvals and to effect all necessary registrations and filings and to remove any injunctions or other impediments or delays, legal or otherwise, in order to consummate and make effective the transactions contemplated by this Agreement for the purpose of securing to the parties to this Agreement the benefits contemplated by this Agreement.
Reasonable Effort. It means the reasonable and timely measures that a Transporter would have taken, according to the operational requirements of a Pipeline, to prevent a serious damage or its aggravation.
Reasonable Effort. The Manager with the cooperation of the Union and the bargain unit employees shall make every reasonable effort to provide and maintain safe and healthful working conditions. Factors to be considered include, but are not limited to, adequate rest rooms, proper heating, air conditioning, ventilation, air quality, lighting and water quality.
Reasonable Effort. Reasonable Effort means that Combell does its best to solve the reported incidents as fast as possible and to promptly send out a communication, yet without providing any guarantees as to the corresponding communication or recovery waiting time.

Reasonable Effort may be called for before, during or after an event that requires such a decision. We determine Reasonable Effort by the information that is available at the time. Such decisions are final once a sentence is determined and carried out.
Reasonable Effort. Licensee shall devote all reasonable efforts to researching, developing, commencing having manufactured and commercializing a Product as promptly and as reasonably as possible, within the confines of normal business practices.
