Notification Address. 1) The parties have acknowledged the addresses referred to in article 1 of this Agreement as their notification addresses. Unless the address changes are informed to other party, any notice to be made to the last notified address shall be deemed served to the relevant party.

Failure of a notice to reach a teacher shall not be the responsibility of the School District if any notice has been mailed as provided herein.
