Common use of Reassignment Clause in Contracts

Reassignment. College Housing reserves the right to change Resident’s housing assignment for purposes such as consolidation, maximization of space and resource utilization, responding to enrollment fluctuations, physical facility problems, establishment of a special interest building, floor, unit, or section, disciplinary reasons, staff changes, emergency evacuation and shelter purposes, and other reasonable purposes determined by College. Reassignment may be to another building or unit operated by Provider or College.
