Recall Outside Forty (40) Kilometres. If the opportunity is outside forty (40) kilometres of the location at which the person was assigned, the person will be allowed refusals without forfeiting his/her recall under this Article until or if, an opportunity, if any, within forty (40) kilometres is offered or until the recall rights have expired, whichever comes first.
