Recalling Employees. (a) No new employees shall be hired after a layoff until all laid off employees who are able to perform the work available have been recalled. (b) When the Employer has need to recall laid off employees, they shall be recalled from lay-off in order of seniority. The recall will begin with the most senior employee, able to perform the work available.
