Certificate of Completion The Interconnection Customer shall provide the EDC with a completed copy of the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion, including evidence of the electrical inspection performed by the local authority having jurisdiction. The evidence of completion of the electrical inspection may be provided on inspection forms used by local inspecting authorities. The Interconnection request shall not be finally approved until the EDC’s representative signs the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion.
Notice to Escrow Agent Documents will be considered to have been delivered to the Escrow Agent on the next business day following the date of transmission, if delivered by fax, the date of delivery, if delivered by hand during normal business hours or by prepaid courier, or 5 business days after the date of mailing, if delivered by mail, to the following: [Name, address, contact person, fax number]
Notification to Unsuccessful Job Applicants The parties agree that any unsuccessful candidate for an ONA job posting will be notified, in writing, within one (1) week of the decision being made and prior to the posting of the name of the successful candidate. Escrow Format Specification 3.1. Deposit’s Format.
