TIME AND DATE Any reference to a time and date in this Agreement shall mean the time and date where the property is located.
Certificate of Completion The Interconnection Customer shall provide the EDC with a completed copy of the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion, including evidence of the electrical inspection performed by the local authority having jurisdiction. The evidence of completion of the electrical inspection may be provided on inspection forms used by local inspecting authorities. The Interconnection request shall not be finally approved until the EDC’s representative signs the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion.

Notification to Unsuccessful Job Applicants The parties agree that any unsuccessful candidate for an ONA job posting will be notified, in writing, within one (1) week of the decision being made and prior to the posting of the name of the successful candidate. Escrow Format Specification 3.1. Deposit’s Format. Overtime Lieu Time Where an employee has worked and accumulated approved over- time hours (other than overtime hours related to paid holidays) such employee shall have the option of electing payment at the applicable overtime rate or time off equivalent to the applic- able overtime rate (i.e. where the applicable rate is time and one-half, then time off shall be at one and one-half times).
