Receiving Banks and Nominees. The Trustee-Manager and the Company shall prior to the Prospectus Date appoint the Receiving Banks to act as receiving banks in connection with the receiving of completed applications for Hong Kong Public Offer Share Stapled Units and Reserved Share Stapled Units and the Nominee in connection with the receiving and holding of application moneys and any interest accruing thereon, in both cases, on the terms and subject to the conditions of the Receiving Banks’ Agreement.
Receiving Banks and Nominees. The Company will appoint the Receiving Banks to act as receiving banks in connection with the receipts of Hong Kong Public Offering Applications and will appoint the Nominees in connection with the receiving and holding of the Hong Kong Public Offering Application Monies and any interest accruing thereon, in both cases on and subject to the terms and conditions of the Receiving Banks Agreement. The Company shall use its reasonable endeavours to procure the Nominees to hold and deal with the Hong Kong Public Offering Application Monies to be received from the Hong Kong Public Offering and the interests accrued thereon on the terms set out in the Receiving Banks Agreement and in accordance with the Prospectus.
