Recharges by Host Authority and Partnership Grants. Direct or overhead cost recharges by the Host Authority in connection with the management of the Partnership Arrangements must be within budget and disclosed in full to the other Partner. They must be supported by a full audit trail. All relevant partnership grants must be disclosed and form part of the Pooled Fund where the conditions attached allow.
