RECOGNITION AND APPLICATION OF THE AGREEMENT. ‌ The District recognizes the ATU as the exclusive bargaining representative for its bus drivers and Type 10 Passenger Car Drivers as provided in Appendix D, excluding any supervisory or management employees and any temporary employees or contract employees. A temporary employee is defined as an employee who was hired to work less than six (6) consecutive months or was hired to replace an employee who is on either an approved leave of absence or absence due to an on the job injury.
