(A) Recognition and Negotiations The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agency for all employees covered by the Union's certificate of bargaining authority and hereby agrees to negotiate with the Union Bargaining Committee, and will recognize and meet with any of its authorized committees, concerning all matters affecting the relationship between parties, aiming towards a peaceful and amicable settlement of any differences that may arise between them.
